This is Chris Tabscott, president of Tri-Financial Services, Inc. in Nashville, TN. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to briefly say a few words about the CRM. We run our entire business through the CRM now. I’d say we are logged into the CRM 24 hours a day sometimes. The reason that I started to use the CRM was first and foremost because I wanted a system I could use to track my leads. As an owner I spend so much of my time and money getting the leads in the door. It’s impossible to organize the leads on paper to make sure they all get “worked” (even just the leads that I work).
The CRM helps me make sure that all of the leads are tracked. They are either all imported, or they are all input into the CRM. As they progress, they are tracked through processing all the way. At each stage that the leads go through, every member of the team is tasked so they know what they need to be doing...the proper e-mails, the proper letters are sent out to all of the people that have their fingers in the transactions (real estate agents, title companies...anyone that is involved in the transaction).
I've been trying to find a way to organize my leads for
almost 5 years. Finally I found MortgagePro CRM.
You know, I have a lot of general life benefits as well by using the software. It’s an unbelievable database! Everyone that I know or I am acquainted with is in database now. For example, this morning I’m in Florida on vacation and my wife needed to mail out some cards and there were about 10 friends that she needed addresses for. She just logged onto the CRM from my mother’s computer and looked up the addresses, wrote them on the envelopes, and sent them.
Also, if I ever get a business card from someone, it gets entered into the CRM, and I know that they are being followed up with in a systematic way, and if I ever need to look them up again I know they are there.
This software has helped me greatly at a personal level, but more importantly as a business owner and a loan officer it has tremendously helped my business. I highly recommend the software to anyone who is seriously looking to take their mortgage business to the next level.

“Before I found MortgagePro CRM, I had a very difficult time tracking the leads I was generating. The different software programs I used just didn’t give me a clear picture what was happening with all of my leads. I have to assume that some of the leads were falling through the cracks. Plus, it was hard to assign the leads out to be followed up on.

I have a gal that’s in a completely different state that follows up on all of my leads and schedules my appointments. She doesn’t work out of the same office, but that’s what’s great about MortgagePro CRM. I can assign her leads from my office, and on her end she picks up the leads and begins following up on them. I can go into the software 24-7 and monitor her work on the leads. I can see very easily by looking at the activity logs when she’s following up, how the leads are responding, and if I need to, I can help her out.
I have a friend that still gives out leads to his people, but it’s almost impossible for him to track the leads. This system is GREAT, because I can go into the software and tell what’s going on. If I added some other salespeople, I can give leads to those people and tell exactly what’s going on. It’s a REAL plus and saves a ton of money.
