For example, this morning I’m in Florida on vacation and my wife needed to mail out some cards and there were about 10 friends that she needed addresses for. She just logged onto the CRM from my mother’s computer and looked up the addresses, wrote them on the envelopes, and sent them. Also, if I ever get a business card from someone, it gets entered into the CRM, and I know that they are being followed up with in a systematic way, and if I ever need to look them up again I know they are there.This software has helped me greatly at a personal level, but more importantly as a business owner and a loan officer it has tremendously helped my business.
